Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 grams dried psilocybin mushrooms finely chopped or powdered
  • 1 cup 240 ml hot water (≈ 85 °C / 185 °F)
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice aids psilocybin extraction
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional sweetener
  • 1 slice fresh ginger or a pinch cinnamon for taste
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk optional, for latte variation

Instructions
 

Measure carefully:

  • Weigh 1–2 grams dried psilocybin mushrooms using a digital scale. Slice or grind finely for even extraction.

Heat the water:

  • Boil water, then cool slightly to 85–90 °C (185–195 °F) to preserve psilocybin potency.

Steep mindfully:

  • Place mushrooms in a mug or teapot, pour hot water over them, and add lemon juice. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

Strain & flavor:

  • Filter through a fine mesh or cheesecloth. Add honey, ginger, or cinnamon to balance flavor.

Serve & sip slowly:

  • Enjoy warm. For a latte, top with frothed milk. Drink gradually and stay hydrated.

Clean up:

  • Rinse equipment promptly. Discard solids safely and reflect on the ritual’s calm.
