- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine-ground for easy dissolving
- 1 cup 8 oz warm filtered water (approx. 49 °C / 120 °F)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice from ~1/2 lemon
Optional Boosters:
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey adds mild sweetness, not fasting-safe

Step 2: Dissolve the Salt
