  • 1 measuring spoon (1/4 tsp + 1 tbsp)
  • 1 teaspoon or mini whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine-ground for easy dissolving
  • 1 cup 8 oz warm filtered water (approx. 49 °C / 120 °F)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice from ~1/2 lemon

Optional Boosters:

  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey adds mild sweetness, not fasting-safe
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper for thermogenic effect

Instructions
 

Step 1: Warm the Water

  • Pour warm filtered water into a heat-safe glass. Ideal temperature is around 120 °F (49 °C).
  • Associated Ingredient: 8 oz warm filtered water

Step 2: Dissolve the Salt

  • Add 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt. Stir gently with a teaspoon or mini whisk until no crystals remain.
  • Associated Ingredient: 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • Inline Ingredient: pink salt

Step 3: Add Lemon and Boosters

  • Squeeze in 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice. If using, mix in honey and/or cayenne. Stir again.

Step 4: Sip & Wait

  • Drink slowly over 2–3 minutes. Wait 15 minutes before eating or having coffee.
