- 3 –4 fresh okra pods sliced lengthwise
- 1.5 cups filtered water
- 1 slice lemon optional – flavor and vitamin C
- 2 –3 mint leaves optional – digestion support
- 1 tsp raw honey optional – mild sweetness
Wash and trim the okra pods – Rinse 3–4 fresh okra pods thoroughly under cool water. Cut off both ends.

Place the sliced okra in a glass jar and pour in 1.5 cups of filtered water.
Add lemon, mint, or honey if desired for flavor and added health benefits. (Optional)
Cover and refrigerate for 8–12 hours to allow the water to absorb nutrients.
