Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml heavy cream or vegan heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon oat milk or preferred milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 180 ml coconut water chilled
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the matcha cloud foam:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, oat milk, maple syrup, and matcha powder using an electric frother or whisk. Mix until thick, airy, and slightly glossy in texture.

Assemble the drink:

  • Pour chilled coconut water into a tall glass and add ice cubes if desired.

Layer and serve:

  • Gently spoon the matcha foam over the coconut water. Sprinkle a little matcha powder on top for presentation.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut cream or oat cream instead of heavy cream.
