Equipment

  • 1 tall glass (12–16 oz)
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Espresso machine or cold brew concentrate
  • Measuring spoons
  • Stirring stick (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Marshmallow Fluff for lining the glass
  • 1 –2 tbsp peanut butter syrup store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup milk any type: whole, oat, almond, etc.
  • 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup cold brew
  • ½ cup ice or enough to fill glass ¾ full

Instructions
 

Step 1: Line the glass

  • Use a spoon or spatula to coat the interior of the glass with Marshmallow Fluff. This creates the signature “fluffy” visual texture.

Step 2: Add ice and syrup

  • Fill the glass ¾ full with ice.
  • Add peanut butter syrup directly over the ice.

Step 3: Pour the milk

  • Slowly pour in the milk of your choice to just below the rim of the glass.

Step 4: Add espresso or cold brew

  • Gently pour in espresso or cold brew concentrate. Let it float above the milk for a layered effect.

Step 5 (optional): Garnish and serve

  • Serve immediately with a straw. Optionally top with whipped cream or a toasted mini marshmallow for garnish.

Notes

For homemade peanut butter syrup: Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter in a saucepan. Simmer until smooth.
Fluff tends to dissolve if the drink is not consumed quickly. Serve and enjoy immediately.
For a vegan version, use almond milk or oat milk and vegan marshmallow creme.
