- 10 large carrots washed and trimmed
- 4 –5 lemons peeled
- 2 oranges peeled
- 4- inch fresh ginger root
- 1 –2 inch fresh turmeric root
- Pinch of black pepper optional, activates turmeric
- Optional 1 tbsp raw honey or 4–5 mint leaves for flavor
Wash and prepare all ingredients. Peel lemons and oranges to avoid bitterness.
Juicer method: Juice carrots first, then citrus fruits, followed by ginger and turmeric. Collect juice in a container.
Blender method: Chop ingredients into small pieces. Blend with ½ cup water until smooth. Strain with cheesecloth or nut milk bag.
Mix all juice batches together in a large jar or jug to ensure even flavor.
Pour into individual shot bottles or small glasses.
Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Shake before serving.
Best enjoyed on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum absorption.
