Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • ½ lemon freshly juiced
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 cup warm or room-temperature water

Optional Superfood Add-ins:

  • ¼ teaspoon dried butterfly pea flower or pre-brewed tea
  • ¼ teaspoon camu camu powder
  • 1 teaspoon brewed yerba mate cooled

Instructions
 

Add Liquids:

  • In a glass, combine the 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar and fresh ½ lemonjuice.

Mix Flavor:

  • Add in the grated ½ teaspoon fresh ginger and your choice of sweetener (if using)(1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup).

Add Water:

  • Pour in the 1 cup warm or room-temperature water and stir until well mixed.

  • If using ¼ teaspoon dried butterfly pea flower or pre-brewed tea, steep separately, strain, and then add. Stir in ¼ teaspoon camu camu powder or 1 teaspoon brewed yerba mate as desired.

Serve Immediately:

  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach for best results. For a cold version, pour over ice and garnish with mint or lemon.

Notes

Storage Tip: Make a batch for 3 days by multiplying ingredients ×4 and storing in the fridge in a glass container.
