Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cold filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • A tiny pinch of Blue Persian Salt less than ⅛ teaspoon
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon raw honey for natural sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Pour the cold filtered water into a glass or shaker bottle.
  • Add the beetroot powder and lemon juice.
  • Stir in the tiny pinch of Blue Persian Salt.
  • Mix well until smooth; add the optional raw honey if desired.
  • Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
  • Wait 10–15 minutes before eating breakfast for best results.

Notes

Start with a very small pinch of salt if you are sodium-sensitive.
Use a shaker bottle to make it frothy and well-blended.
